ACFITS B.V. has taken a range of measures to secure your personal data such as:

ACFITS B.V. does not use processes in which automated decision-making (including profiling) takes place.

You have the right to:

- Withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data,
- Request data portability, meaning you can request ACFITS B.V. to send a computer file containing your personal data to you or another organization specified by you,
- Submit a request for access, rectification, erasure, data portability or to withdraw consent or object to the processing of your personal data to dataprivacy@acfits.com. To ensure that the access request is made by you, we request that you include a copy of your ID with the request. Black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers on the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible but within four weeks.
- Object to the processing based on legitimate interests if ACFITS B.V. relies on a legitimate interest to proces the data. If ACFITS B.V. relies on legitimate interest as the basis for processing, we believe that we have such compelling legitimate grounds, but we will evaluate each case separately.
